About the role
The new Chair will lead a strong and established Board working together with staff, Governors, service users and partners as they continue to push boundaries for those that they serve. They are seeking an inclusive and visible leader who will set the tone for the person-centred culture whilst bringing diversity of thought and experience to the Board; ensuring that quality, finance, and operational demands are held in balance. An experienced Board leader, you will be skilled in shaping a Board and the strategic direction of a complex and highly regulated organisation with multiple stakeholders. Strategic, innovative and visionary; you will provide both support and challenge to their Board whilst working in partnership with their highly valued Council of Governors. A skilled networker; you will thrive as an influencer and ambassador for their organisation regionally and nationally.
