North West London Acute Provider Group is recruiting two new Non‑Executive Directors (NED) to join their board. These roles sit across two trusts each, giving you real influence in one of the largest acute provider groups in England.
You’ll play a key role in shaping how their Group delivers care for more than 2.4 million people. Together their four trusts operate 12 hospitals and employ more than 35,000 staff. From strategic oversight to constructive challenge, you’ll help ensure their services are safe, effective and aligned with their shared priorities. You’ll work closely with executive leaders, offering independent insight and supporting strong governance across their hospitals.
This is an important time for their four Trusts as they move towards a unified governance model and working as a Group from 1 April 2026.
About the role
They are looking for forward‑thinking, committed individuals with the insight, integrity and drive to support their vision for better, more consistent patient care across North West London.
They welcome applications from people from a wide range of backgrounds, and they particularly encourage applications from women, people from Black, Asian and minority ethnic communities, and people with disabilities.
The roles they are recruiting to:
A lead NED for finance and performance at The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (THHFT), working closely with the chief financial officer and chief operating officer (the role requires financial qualification or strong financial experience). Member of the Board in Common on behalf of THHFT and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (ICHT).
