One of our core pillars is improve the recruitment experience and outcome of people applying for NED/Chair roles in the NHS and wider health system. Our work with Hunter Healthcare highlights the different experiences faced by our members as they journeyed through the recruitment process - receiving media coverage. We have also produced a general recruitment guide and include other reports about the importance of diversity across all levels in the NHS
